Our submission for this award was judged for its role in an integrated strategy of traditional media and digital media, the quality of the submission and the diversity as to the format of the final communication. The print media submitted included feature custom brochure collateral and magazine & specialty newspaper ads. We were able to submit this variety of print due to our commitment to a bespoke marketing plan, on a property by property assessment utilizing print where effective.
This award illustrates recognition of the Faith Wilson Group’s ability to use the right medium to target the appropriate potential buyer, thereby exhibiting bespoke marketing planning, eﬃcient and appropriate use of media, plus, strong memorable creative.
While this print was focused on the higher end of the market, this award shows our ability to address a vast variety of price points, architectural styles, remote versus urban excellence and do so in a variety of creative deliveries.
Again this is award is given after consideration of submissions from the worldwide network. The considerations of this award were driven largely by the scale of the transaction and where the transaction fell in the spectrum of transactions in the period.
In the case of Chateau du Pine, this award honours not only the scale of the transaction but the reality that this home was the largest sale for all of 2018 in the entire Vancouver Lower Mainland area!
