The Beach Grove neighbourhood in Tsawwasen is located on the edge of Boundary Bay, further north from the community of Boundary Bay. With Tsawwassen enjoying 40 percent more sunshine that the rest of Greater Vancouver, Beach Grove is situated with Boundary Bay along its eastern border, Deltaport Way to the north, 56th Street to the west and 12th Avenue in the south. Ideal for families and those who love waterfront living, Beach Grove in Tsawwassen is predominantly composed of a single family homes from restored post war cottages, to deluxe contemporary ranchers & larger homes, all with the modern conveniences. There is also a smaller selection of one and two bedroom condominiums in Beach Grove. This desirable oceanside community offers charm in spades, and is much more affordable for families compared to Richmond and Vancouver.

Only minutes from the Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall, excellent shopping is yours to discover with over 45 shops and services including supermarkets, banks, insurance & restaurants. Major retailers in the heart of sunny Tsawwassen include Save-On-Foods, Thrifty Foods, a BC Liquor Store and White Spot. Nearby is the biggest must see destination for shopping – Tsawwassen Mills just off of Highway 17 near the Ferry Terminal with 1.2 million square feet and an 1,100 seat food court. Featuring 200 retailers, major stores include Bass Pro Shops and Saks off 5th. Right next door is Tsawwassen Commons, now one of the finest outdoor shopping destinations in Greater Vancouver with tenants such as Walmart, Canadian Tire, Rona and PetSmart. Recreation choices abound for residents of the Beach Grove neighbourhood. The South Delta Recreation Centre includes an ice area, 6 sheet curling rink, gymnasium, meeting rooms & pottery studio. Beach Grove Park in the north part of the neighbourhood offers a forested area perfect for walks, off-leash area for dogs, playground for kids & picnic tables. Education opportunities are significant with an excellent selection of schools in and around the Beach Grove neighbourhood. Right in the community is Beach Grove Elementary with grades from K to 7 and French Immersion at Ecole South Park School, the largest elementary school in all of Tsawwassen. Minutes away is South Delta Secondary with grades from 8 to 12. Private schools in the area include the prestigious Southpointe Academy with grades from K to 12, preparing students for university or Ivy League schools in the US.
The Beach Grove neighbourhood in sunny Tsawwassen is approximately 30 minutes from Vancouver depending on tunnel traffic and just minutes from the BC Ferry Terminal. Bus service in the community includes a shuttle bus and Coast Mountain Bus Service with connections to Ladner, Richmond and the Canada Line.
