The Brentwood Park neighbourhood in North Burnaby traditionally has been a good mix of affordable single detached homes and condominiums, but now with Brentwood Town Centre home to spectacular development, will transform to one of the largest urban destinations in North America. Nicknamed the new ‘Amazing Brentwood’, it will see in excess of 250 stores and restaurants with 11 all-new residential towers, for a total of 6,000 new homes on the 28-acre site. This new 1.1 million square feet of retail space will feature four distinct retail areas including Brentwood Interior, Brentwood Boulevard, the West Mews/Grand Lobby and The Plaza. Transforming to one of BC’s largest shopping centres and residential communities, Brentwood Skytrain Station will play a pivotal role for quick and easy access. Holdom Station also provides rapid transit service to the Brentwood neighbourhood. The busy bus loop at Brentwood Station has quick connections to SFU, UBC, Metrotown, Kootenay Loop & Nanaimo Station.

A great location for walking your dog or a green space escape, Brentwood Park in the neighbourhood offers excellent views of Burnaby Mountain and the North Shore Mountains. Beecher Park features forested areas, sports field, kids’ playground and Beecher Creek, a local salmon spawning habitat connects to Still Creek. Eileen Daily Leisure Pool and Fitness Centre is known for its swimming pool, children’s water play area, sauna & steam room, weight room and more. The Brentwood neighbourhood is also home to the McGill Branch of the Burnaby Public Library.
