Rosemary Heights, Sunnyside and South Meridian Elementary schools are all just a few minutes’ drive from the neighbourhood.
Quick access to Highway 99 north to Richmond and Vancouver and south to the US border add to the appeal of this community. TransLink has regular bus routes linking South Surrey to other communities like White Rock, Langley and Delta, including a fast commute to Bridgeport Station in Richmond with transfers to the Canada Line.
