Caleb was born to be an entrepreneur, as the “real-estate gene” of four generations runs through his family. In 1918 his great grandfather founded Drope & Hosie Real Estate and Insurance Services in Regina and enjoyed a lifetime career as a realtor. His grandfather worked for his father's real estate company on his summer breaks as he pursued his medical degree. His father, Rob Hosie, began his career as a realtor in Victoria in 1988, and has excelled as an agent with Newport Realty Christie's International in Victoria B.C. since 1994. He is known for his dedication, trustworthiness, and kindness. Caleb is thrilled to continue the family tradition.

Caleb enjoys spending time playing beach volleyball at Spanish Banks, sailing throughout our incredible coastal waters, hiking up BC’s spectacular mountains, and volunteering in our community.
