Nancy Beaton’s real estate consulting business started in the fall of 2003 with a desire to leave her secure fulltime job in exchange for nights of worry about ever getting a paycheque again. That lasted 72 hours as she had in her hands her first contract. Seven days later when the sale became firm, she confessed it was her first listing and deal. When the big name REALTOR® did not believe her, Nancy knew at that moment she was officially crowned 'Expert' as a result of the years she invested as a strata property manager in her previous career.
