I have also been meaning to let you know how happy we have been with both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house.  We are so happy that we went with your group and we have been very impressed with all of the attention we received from you, Kari and the rest of your team.  Everything on both ends went so smoothly which helped to alleviate a lot of stress for us. We were not looking forward to this whole process when we started out but now that we are almost through it, we realize that it wasn’t that bad!

First time around (3 years ago) we were selling our home and that was a very smooth, efficient process for two people who were quite nervous about the whole prospect, completely out of touch with the real estate world and who hadn’t bought or sold a home in over 20 years.
